FAQs

1.     I bought a new mobile phone. How can I transfer my FastPlan App data to the new phone?

You need to sign up an account with your email on the previous phone, and sign in with the email on the new phone.

2.     Can I do intermittent fasting?

You should consult a doctor before fasting.

3.     I forgot to log a fast.

You can add a history fast by click Journal – Add Fast.

4.     I forgot to end my fast.

Don’t worry. You can end your fast right now, and edit the end time of your last fast in the popped up interface.

5.     How to change fasting times?

Just tap on My Plan, and choose the plan you like. Then, choose a start time of your daily fasting. Then, tap on Save.

6.     Can I drink water while fasting?

Yes, you can drink calorie-free drinks during fasting. Such as water, tea, black coffee.
